When I was first starting out, I didn't understand what Vibration and frequency meant,
It took me to realise that everything was energy, and the emotion we place behind an action
gives a frequency, i.e.: a Vibration - for example, If you are making sandwiches, and your angry, sad or upset, the sandwiches will be average tasting, as you won't put extra effort into making the sandwiches taste great,
- Your Heart, "hey? Lets put salt and pepper on this sandwich, maybe even some delicious mayo? Huh...
- Your Brain " Mah, I'll do it tomorrow, anyway the salt is too far away from me right now and i'll be late"
( clearly this is total BS ) The monkey mind, takes pride at times to make up stories, now - its not the minds fault, its just for the past 6 months or life time, The operator ( you ) have been programming the mind with negative feed back, "No - Thats Crap " Oh How Lazy " - "Judgement" "Fear based comments" and other actions that come from a place of fear, instead of a place of love -
What comments come from a place of love?
- Look in the mirror right now, an say to yourself "I love you"
- If someone stuffs up, say "Great lesson we learned, thank you for teaching us"
- If someones rude to you "sounds like You've been really hurt recently - are you ok?
- If someone is depressed and won't snap out of it "I see you feeling better today, I can tell because your eyes have this glimmer of light in them, I know this because I can feel how much love you have inside you.

- "Fear keeps us in silence, Your afraid of something, Give it light and release it by saying it out aloud, even if you close your eyes and say it, "Take a chance and say whats been holding you down"
- Fear comes from the mind convincing the self, that theres no solution..
when theoretically - This world is based on principals, one being polarity, so if polarity exists
which means there has to be day to be night, there has to be tall to be short,
"To have a problem, there has to be a solution - or the problem can not exist"
- Here are some example suggestions for raising ones vibration:
- Wake up and listen to music in the morning,
dance music, happy music, acoustic instrumental beats,
or any music that makes you smile
- Go for a run, walk, Get outside, first thing in the morning
- Say "Good morning' to complete strangers
This ones good because you'll feel appreciated, its nice to feel loved, and your contributing to societies dream of living in a care free world.
- Order your favourite Food or beverage
- Call a friend who makes you laugh, or someone you feel comfortable with.
- Meditate or listen to a morning meditation
- Gratitude Pray to God, Source the creator, arch angels, your guides and higher self, thanking them for another day here on earth.
- Pray to Yeshua | Jesus and ask him to walk with you today.
- Imaginate a glowing bright white bubble around your body, coming form the highest of the highest, GOD - covering you from head to toe,
- Always remember and say " I am always safe" "I am always Guided - and believe it, because its true.
- Avoid Negative people, they will just bring you down, besides with the white light, they will avoid you.
- Look people in the eyes, smile with your eyes, and use your hands and body when your speaking, This will help you express yourself more, connect with your body, and be in flow.
- Help a neighbour or stranger for no reason except just to help.
- Pay someones parking meter | or heres one "Pay it forward" if your in a cue for food,
buy someone a sandwich in advance, - say heres mine, and heres extra for the next person who comes. ( trust me - this will ignite your smile, and fill you with inner confidence knowing you changed someones life)
- Write down a new set of goals every two weeks | either add to the new ones, cross them out or start with a whole new set - either way, if your working towards something, you will instantly feel motivated.
- Re define your ideas - i.e.: what do you define as rich?
- is it having a billion dollars in your bank? or is it being able to buy food when ever you want?
or is it to be with your friends and family?
- Were programmed at birth to idolise false ideas and misconceptions of what life should be, when in our reality, these ideas are far from the truth..
Watch an inspiring movie? Or comedy?

- Take a long shower | and take time to truly wash your body, talk to your self, and give gratitude for the body you have.
- watch a tradgic movies to remind you just how lucky you are..
- Find a role model, and pretend to be them even just for ten minutes..
- Write a gratitude list of all the things your grateful for
- If you the your job, call in sick, and search for a new one, theres heaps of jobs everywhere,
abundance is everywhere.
- Watch some tony Robbins Videos on Youtube
- Watch some Louise Hay meditations, of talks about self..
- Watch a documentary about a place you would love to travel?
- Attend a Native american Sweat Lodge | or Go to a sauna to sweat your body clean
- Start eating healthy foods, Limit your portions and Drink at least 4 glasses of water a day (minimum ) if you smoke cigarets make it 8.
- Learn a new skill: College TAFE or University, perhaps a popup workshop in your area.
- Visit the elderly and have a game of cards or dominoes with them, share your passion for life.
- Give a homeless guy or woman a free lunch.
- Turn off your TV for a day, especially the news - Its just drama filled vision to entice you to fear, and build anxiety.
- Light a candle take some time out, and relax.
- Get into Crystals
- Avoid fake friends | Delete their number
- Go camping or hiking in nature.
- Start singing, whistling or humming... move your body and put on a fake smile ( don't worry - you'll start laughing and this will make you feel better )
- Have sex | or if your alone masterbate in privacy.
- Stop taking yourself so seriously, Remember this life is one of many, so.. forget about it,
say it out aloud, and be brave to walk forwards, talk to someone who's compassionate, and remember that " everyone is more worried about what people think about them than what people think about you" sadly we live in a self centred world " not everywhere" this is 50% of those who haven't woken up.
- Follow your passion... what makes you happy, what activity you can do, that when you look at the time, its been 4 hours since you last saw the time..
- Give social Media a break for a while, Take time out for yourself.
- and finally, start a blog or video and share your story | experience, be real, be yourself.
